I have been DYING to buy something baby-related ever since we found out we were pregnant, but I knew better than to jinx it. Even this week after hitting 12 weeks and announcing it to the world I have still been hesitant. Of course I had my eye on a few things, but I just wasn't ready to commit quite yet.
I think a diaper bag is a good first purchase. It doesn't have to be gender-specific like nearly everything else I am holding off on. Speaking of...I can't wait another minute to find out whether this is going to be a girl or boy!! I am hoping we can convince our doctor to look at 17 weeks which is just over a month. In the meantime I have got to start thinking of other non gender-specific purchases I can begin considering. Now that I've started I don't think I will be able to stop myself! Add a comment »
